'pOfity .fine - Mr. and Mrs. Robert Emmet Elfring are the proud parents of Lisa Kellye, born February 16. Mrs. Elfring is the former Carol Jean Verdon, Class of 1963. Catherine Mary arrived on January 26, to be welcomed by Doctor and Mrs. Thomas K. Early. Doctor is a member of our Staff. ( - Mr. and Mrs. Jack Reinhardt (Dicky Maschinot, Class of 1951) became the parents of baby Jacqueline on January 3. Here, There, * and Everywhere - Mr. John Hurley, Assistant Administrator, attended the 1st Annual Invitational Conference on Development and Public Relations, held at the Cherry Creek Inn. Also attending were Sister Alice Marie, Admini- trator, and Sister Frances Eileen, Business Office, of St. Vincent's Hospital, Billings. - Just returned from Retreat at Grand Junction are Sister Mary Asella, Sister Mary Teresita, Sister Frances Clare, Sister del Rey, Sister Mary Christine. Recent •■"■'sitors included Sister Margaret Gertrude, rmer Chief of Dietary Department, and Sister Xaveria, Personnel Director of some years ago. Sister Ann Maria of the Business Office represented St. Joseph at the Western Regional Institute on Hospital Credit and Collections. Conducted by the American Association of Hospital Accountants, the meetings were held at the Brown Palace Hotel on February 24-26. Several Sisters from other hospitals also attended and resided at St. Joseph during their stay. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO: US! The February issue marks the 4th birthday of the Employee Bulletin. Hardly seems possible that our little one page bulletin has grown into the 12 to 16 page paper you are reading now. But one thing remains constant: the difficulty of getting the news to publish. Won't each of you make a resolution to let us know of newsworthy events? Please? Then the Bulletin can really be YOUR paper, containing news you want to read. I N M E M 0 R I U M Friends and former co-workers were saddened to learn of the death on February 4 of Hippolito (Paul) Martinez. Paul had been a familiar face in the hospital, serving as Elevator Operator for most of his service from 1956 to 1963. It has-been learned that radio station KFSC,1,000 on the dial, broadcasts a daily recitation of the rosary at 4:00 PM. One of the voices is that of Paul Martinez. CONGRATULATIONS TO: - Mr. Milton Coles on his promotion to Evening Supervisor in Housekeeping Department. - To Miss Edith Peterson, RN, who has been appointed Head Nurse on 8th Floor. SINCERE SYMPATHY IS EXTENDED TO: - Dolores McKenzie, NA on 4 West, on the recent death of her father.
