6 TOWERTALK Greenwood Membership Savings The Greenwood Athletic Club at Orchard Rd. and Quebec St. has a special offer for staff members of Saint Joseph Hospital. Prom now until the club's opening in mid-summer you can join with no initiation fee for yourself or your family. That's a savings of up to $350. Over 1,200 people have already joined the Greenwood club, which will feature an on-site Saint Joseph Hospital/HealthMark medical clinic in addition to traditional health club facilities. Construction of the Greenwood Athletic Club, a joint project of the John Madden Company and Maricor, the hospital's for-profit affiliate, is proceeding smoothly, and interior work is underway. Opening is scheduled for July 1. The free initiation offer will last only until the club is finished and ready to open. To take advantage of the offer or to receive more information, call 770-2582. The membership office is quartered temporarily across the street from the construction site at 5700 South Quebec, Suite 105.� Photo Deadline Approaches CONTINUED FROM PAGE 1 with two-inch borders. Education Fair Seeks � Exhibitors In May, Hospital departments that deal in patient care will receive invitations to participate in an education fair being planned for November 3 in the Assembly Room. The education fair will promote awareness of the hospital's education services to hospital staff physicians, and physicians' office nurses. The fair will have limited booth space to demonstrate programs and display literature. If your depart- ment is interested in participating in the fair, begin to plan now and be ready to respond to the May memo when it is received.� Have You Had Chickenpox? Did you escape having chickenpox (varicella) as a child? If so, or even if you are not sure if you've ever had the disease, the Infection Control Committee and Employee Health Services would like to talk to you. The information will be helpful in providing protection for you and hospital patients against the disease. If you do not remember having chickenpox, call Becky Brown, RN, in Employee Health Services.
