SJH Family Picnic 1992
 i
Approximately 1,450 tickets were sold to the Saint Joseph Hospital Family
Picnic, which was held August 15 on the Regis University campus. Ticket
sales were up by more than 250 over last year, "and we'll be bigger than that
next year," says Scott Waldrop, vice president of Information Services, who
chaired the picnic committee.
Besides the good food, great fun and fellowship, lucky employees took
home more than $2,000 in bingo and drawing prizes, and the children won
oodles of prizes in the carnival games and races.
The picnic planning committee deserves a big thank you for all the hours
of work in planning the event. In addition to Waldrop, committee members
were Julie Johnson, Bev Schulman, Laurel Barmettier, Marge Carlson, Mike
Gleason, Jean Lascor, Sharon Cook, Laurie McDuff, Henry Lacher, Pat Riley,
Edna Palmer, Pat Holland, Doug Hahn, and Greg Weber.
Tournament Winners
Softball/Volleyball Tournaments
The combined Business Office/Financial Services team won the hotly
contested softball tournament and the Business Office also fielded the
winning volleyball team.
